Care and safety.

Chill the cap according to the instructions included with your product. Before wearing, knead the gel gently so it is evenly distributed and test the temperature against your skin.

Do not use if the cap feels painfully cold. Remove it immediately if you notice numbness, burning, irritation, unusual skin color or discomfort.

Follow the supplied heating instructions exactly and warm only in short intervals. Redistribute the gel and test several areas of the cap before wearing because microwaves can create hot spots.

Never use a cap that is excessively hot, leaking, swollen or damaged.

Wipe gently with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry completely. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, iron, bleach or submerge unless the care label specifically permits it.

Store clean and dry, away from sharp objects, children and pets. Inspect the seams and gel chambers before each use.

Do not use on broken or irritated skin. Children and anyone with reduced temperature sensation, circulation concerns or a medical condition affected by heat or cold should consult a qualified healthcare professional before use and be supervised as appropriate.

Stop use and seek medical advice if symptoms are severe, unusual, worsening or accompanied by concerning neurological symptoms.
